What Does Orange Pekoe Mean?

Orange Pekoe does not mean orange-flavored tea. There is no orange in Lover’s Leap. OP — Orange Pekoe is a traditional black-tea leaf grade. In this case, it identifies a whole-leaf tea, and the source material specifically notes the dramatic expansion of the leaves as they steep.
