A lush, fruit-forward green tea where blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry meet the soft richness of fig—creating a beautifully layered cup that moves from bright berry to mellow, lingering sweetness.
The Experience
Garden of Eden Green Tea brings together two very different expressions of fruit. Blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry create the bright, juicy side of the blend, while fig contributes a softer, rounder character. Underneath, green tea provides enough freshness and structure to keep all that fruit from becoming heavy.
This tea is a medium-bodied tea that feels lush yet balanced, fruity yet refined. The berries arrive first with their lively red-and-dark-fruit character, followed by the smoother sweetness of fig and a clean green-tea finish. It is an indulgent fruit tea without becoming a dessert tea—and a beautiful choice both hot and iced.

Tea & Ingredients
Tea Type: Flavored Green Tea
Flavor Profile: Blackberry • Raspberry • Strawberry • Fig
Ingredients: Green tea, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, fig, natural flavoring
Caffeine: Caffeinated
Body: Medium
How to Brew
Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz / 177 ml of water at 176–194°F / 80–90°C. Steep for 2–3 minutes.
For your first cup, we recommend starting toward the lower end of the temperature range and around 2 minutes. This allows the fruit to develop while keeping the green-tea base smooth. For iced tea, brew slightly stronger before pouring over plenty of ice.
Perfect For
Garden of Eden is particularly suited to afternoon tea, brunch, garden parties, bridal showers, summer gatherings, iced-tea pitchers, or whenever you're looking for a green tea with generous fruit character. Pair it with fresh berries, fruit tarts, scones, vanilla cake, shortbread, soft cheeses, dark chocolate, or almond pastries.
Why Green Tea Makes a Good Fruit Canvas
Green tea has enough character to remain recognizable beneath fruit while generally being lighter than black tea. That matters here.
On a robust black-tea base, blackberry and fig could become darker and heavier. Green tea keeps the composition fresher and more lifted, allowing strawberry and raspberry to remain bright while fig supplies depth without dominating the cup.
This is one reason changing the base tea can completely transform a flavored blend. The fruit ingredients may attract your attention first, but the tea underneath determines how those fruits ultimately present themselves.
Hot vs. Iced
Garden of Eden is worth trying both ways.
-
Hot: Fig becomes softer and rounder, while the underlying green tea is more noticeable.
-
Iced: Blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry become brighter and more refreshing, giving the blend a livelier fruit-forward personality.
If you generally enjoy berry teas, try Garden of Eden iced first. If you're especially curious about what the fig contributes, taste it warm and allow the cup to cool gradually—you may notice the fruit balance shift as the temperature changes.
Packaging: Our loose teas are sold by the ounce and packaged in food-grade resealable bags.
Explore Fruit Through Green Tea
Garden of Eden is an excellent tea for discovering how different fruits change the personality of the same broad tea category.
Compare its berries and mellow fig with the sophisticated berry profile of Champagne & Berries, the raspberry-lemon brightness of African Sunrise, or the tropical papaya and passion-fruit character of Crime of Passion. Each starts with green tea, but the fruit composition takes the cup in an entirely different direction.
