This blend is inspired by Jane Austen's overall theme in her books and characters promenading in various locations, always tied to nature, always catching up on the hot goss and spilling the tea. This drink is versatile, as the weather changes, so can your tea. Each pouch includes 3 oversized tea bags filled with premium loose-leaf green tea, allowing full leaf expansion for a clean, vibrant infusion—never bitter, never flat. Each tea bag has 1 ounce of premium loose-leaf tea - about 30% more than traditional gallon-sized tea bags.
Each gallon-size sachet allows full leaf expansion, creating a clean, very strawberry and fruity forward blend with a fix of Earl Grey. This blend is the perfect tea for summer days in the garden or back patio.
Ingredients: premium black tea, oil of bergamot, cornflower petals, strawberry leaves, papaya, apple, hibiscus petals, rosehip, lemon, chamomile, cornflower petals, raspberry pieces, natural flavors

❄️ How to Brew (Effortless Either Way)
Cold Brew (Recommended):
Add 1 gallon tea bag to cold water → refrigerate 8 – 12 hours → enjoy smooth, naturally sweet iced tea
Hot Brew (Faster):
Place one filter bag into a pitcher or heat-safe vessel. Pour 1.8 liters of boiling water (212°F). Steep for 5–6 minutes. Remove the filter bag and add another 1.8 liters of cold water. Top it off with ice to bring the total volume to 1 gallon (128oz). Serve sweetened as desired over ice.
NOTE:
Water temperature shapes the character of the tea: lower temperatures (around 160°F) reveal delicate notes, while higher temperatures (up to 212°F) produce a bolder cup. For optimal flavor, use spring or soft water, as hard water may cause cloudiness when chilled.
