Some teas begin in famous gardens. Scots Highland Night began with a customer.

Years ago, a customer came into Churchill’s searching for a tea she could no longer find. She remembered the flavor and the experience of drinking it, but replacing a beloved tea isn't as simple as finding another blend with similar ingredients.

Instead, she asked us a more interesting question:

Could we create something that captured what she loved about it?

Working together, the customer brought her memories of the original tea while Churchill’s tea specialists brought their knowledge of tea, botanicals, and blending. Through tasting and experimentation, something new emerged—not a copy of the tea she had lost, but a blend with an identity all its own.

Scots Highland Night begins with decaffeinated Ceylon black tea, providing familiar black-tea character without the caffeine of a traditional cup. Rooibos adds mellow sweetness and body, while fragrant lavender introduces a graceful floral note. Lemongrass cuts through with a fresh citrus brightness that keeps the blend lively and balanced.
