❄️ How to Brew (Effortless Either Way)
Cold Brew (Recommended):
Add 1 gallon-sized tea bag to 1 gallon of cold water → refrigerate 10 – 12 hours → enjoy smooth, naturally sweet iced tea
Hot Brew (Faster):
Place one filter bag into a pitcher or heat-safe vessel. Pour 1.8 liters of boiling water (212°F). Steep for 5–6 minutes. Remove the filter bag and add another 1.8 liters of cold water. Top it off with ice to bring the total volume to 1 gallon (128oz). Serve sweetened as desired over ice.
NOTE:
Water temperature shapes the character of the tea: lower temperatures (around 160°F) reveal delicate notes, while higher temperatures (up to 212°F) produce a bolder cup. For optimal flavor, use spring or soft water, as hard water may cause cloudiness when chilled.
