A vibrant medley of strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant over smooth Ceylon black tea—juicy, aromatic, and berry-forward with a clean, medium-bodied finish.
The Experience
If you love berry teas and don't want to choose just one fruit, Snowberry brings three together in a lively, balanced cup.
This blend begins with Ceylon black tea and layers it with dried strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, along with raspberry leaves and added flavoring. Strawberry contributes softer, ripe sweetness; raspberry adds a brighter sweet-tart quality; and blackcurrant brings a deeper, darker berry note.
The Ceylon tea underneath provides enough body and gentle briskness to keep all that fruit grounded. The result is more intensely berry-forward than our Raspberry Black Tea, but still structured enough to feel like a satisfying cup of black tea. Enjoy it hot for a rounder fruit character or iced when you want the berries at their brightest.

Tea & Ingredients
Tea Type: Flavored Black Tea
Base Tea: Ceylon Black Tea
Flavor Profile: Strawberry • Raspberry • Blackcurrant
Ingredients: Ceylon black tea, raspberry leaves, dried fruits (strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry), flavoring
Caffeine: Yes
Body: Medium
How to Brew
Use approximately 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 oz / 237 ml of water at 212°F / 100°C. Begin with a 3–4 minute steep and adjust to taste.
Because Snowberry contains tea leaves, raspberry leaves, and pieces of several fruits, gently mix the loose tea before measuring for a more even distribution of ingredients.
Try it straight before adding sweetener. For iced tea, brew slightly stronger and pour over ice. A small amount of sugar can emphasize the ripe-berry character, but taste it first—you may find the aroma provides plenty of perceived sweetness on its own.
Perfect For
Snowberry is an easy choice for afternoon tea, brunch, summer iced tea, berry lovers, and anyone looking for a flavorful alternative to traditional black tea. Pair it with cheesecake, dark chocolate, shortbread, lemon cake, scones, vanilla pastries, berry tarts, or fresh fruit.
Three Berries, Three Different Roles
“Mixed berry” can sound like one flavor, but the three fruits in Snowberry don't contribute the same character.
-
Strawberry tends toward softer, familiar sweetness.
-
Raspberry brings a brighter sweet-tart quality.
-
Blackcurrant is darker and more aromatic, giving the blend depth that strawberry and raspberry alone wouldn't provide.
When tasting Snowberry, don't worry about identifying all three immediately. Take a sip while the tea is hot, then return to it as it cools. You may find the individual fruit characteristics become easier to distinguish at different temperatures.
That's part of the pleasure of a well-layered fruit tea: the cup doesn't have to taste exactly the same from beginning to end.
Hot or Iced?
-
Hot, Snowberry is rounder and the Ceylon black tea is easier to notice beneath the fruit.
-
Iced, the berries become the star. Strawberry feels brighter, raspberry more refreshing, and blackcurrant gives the finish enough depth to keep the cup interesting.
If you're looking for a fruit-forward black tea to keep in the refrigerator during warmer months, this is one of the styles especially worth trying.
