A delicate black tea from the Margaret's Hope tea estate in Darjeeling, India. The tea has a lovely floral undertone. Darjeeling tea is known around the world as 'the Champagne of Teas' and this tea estate is one of the most renowned. We recommend brewing this tea with boiling water that has cooled for at least 30 seconds.
