I second the other review. Many black teas can be very heavy, intense, or overly woody/earthy-- this tea is complex yet light. I definitely taste the peachy, fruity undertones, though they are perfectly balanced with the other flavors. Very good!

Happy Valley Darjeeling Black Tea
This is my favorite purist black currently on the menu. The tasting description is accurate. I like to do a 5-7 minute steep just off the boil and it produces a wonderfully complex flavor that is still not bitter.
