Oolong tea from the Wu Yi mountain region in China. Immediately after withering, the still moist leaves are heated in milk steam that infuses the leaves with their distinct creamy scent and taste. Subsequently, the leaves are rolled manually and dried. Alternatively, a similar taste can be achieved by the careful harvest of the leaves at a very particular season and temperature.
Ingredients: oolong tea.
