This is a wonderful blend of teas for a relaxing evening. While each tea can be overwhelming on its own, this blend has a wonderful balance. I like to sweeten it with stevia, and there is no bitter finish to a well brewed cup.

I find chamomile on its own to be ok, but blended with the mint in this tea, it is delicious! Calming with a hint of cool. Very yummy and relaxing.
