The roasted nuttiness of the hojicha green tea and refreshing peppermint is balanced by the black tea.
This blend is named for a second-generation tea farmer we met almost a decade ago in the Fujieda region in Japan. Kazuto welcomed us to his family farm and served us a delicious blend of hojicha and peppermint while telling us his story. We were so moved by the experience we have created a similar blend, including a touch of black tea.
Packaging: Our loose teas are sold by the ounce and are packaged in food-grade resealable bags.
