Order Online & Pick-Up In-Store!
Choose your teas and accessories online, pay for it, and have it ready when you come to the shop. Expect During check out you will be given the option to choose Pick Up as your delivery option, with two pick up locations in Cincinnati, OH – Historic Findlay Market or Hyde Park.
You will not be charged for shipping and this service is FREE – just indicate the date and approximate time you will pick up your order in the notes section of your shopping cart. Please note our processing time frames below:
a) During the week, your order is usually ready within two hours.
b) If you place an order on the weekend, expect your pick up order to be ready in 24 hours or more. Please make sure you receive the "ready for pick up notification" before you head to the shops. Our shops get busy on weekends, and we might need more time to fill your order.
To avoid any inconvenience, wait for our ready for pick up notification to be emailed to ensure that your tea is ready.
