March: Focused Tasting – Oolong and White Teas

Join us as we deep dive into oolong teas and white teas during this interactive focused tasting event.  You’ll learn how oolong tea and white tea are made and which regions are traditionally known for these teas as well as tasting exciting innovations in the tea world.

You’ll compare teas and discuss how different tea origins result in different tasting teas – due to terroir and processing methods. You’ll hear more about the complexity of making oolong teas and discover how tea making is both an art and a science.
