January: Focused Tasting – Black and Pu-erh Tea

Join us as we deep dive into black teas and pu-erh teas during this interactive focused tasting event.  You’ll learn how black tea and pu-erh tea are made and which regions are traditionally known for these teas as well as tasting exciting innovations in the tea world.

You’ll compare teas and discuss how different tea origins result in different tasting teas – due to terroir,  processing methods and ageing. You’ll hear more about the differences in single estate teas vs blended teas, as well as aged teas.
